The 2019 Balance Your Life Planner is a digital download product that is available to you directly after purchase. 

There are instructions and recommendations on the first page of your planner about the best quality and paper weight to use for excellent printing results. You can get the planner spiral bound for a small charge at a local UPS store, Office Max, or similar store. 

Due to the digital nature of the planner, and the fact that digital products are so easily copied and stolen, we cannot accept returns.
